Opening production facility in Mexico

Nilfisk-Advance A/S, one of the world's leading manufacturers of professional cleaning equipment, today announces the official opening of its new production facility in Queretaro, Mexico.

For over 40 years, Nilfisk-Advance has distributed its products in Mexico through authorized dealers. In 2006 Nilfisk-Advance established its own Sales Company in Mexico City and followed up with Sales Companies in Argentina and Chile in 2008. The opening of a production facility in Queretaro provides Nilfisk-Advance with new logistical and cost advantages as it furthers its global growth strategy.

"Nilfisk-Advance has developed the Queretaro facility with the latest technology and equipment and has staffed it with highly qualified and well trained personnel."
Nilfisk-Advance expects to employ approximately 200 workers at the facility, assembling professional cleaning equipment. Day-to-day operations in Queretaro will be managed by Efrain Torres, Vice President and General Manager of Operations.
