We are always on the lookout for talented economists and we go to great lengths when selecting new colleagues. You need to fit in with us and we need to be right for you, both professionally and personally.
Upon receiving your application, it will be read by our recruitment team. If your professional experience and your skills meet our demands and you are equally motivated to work for us, then we will gladly interview you.
Our recruitment process is as follows:
We conduct a minimum of two interviews with potential new colleagues.
The main purpose of the first interview is to ascertain how you meet our professional demands.
After an introduction to Incentive, our projects and clients, we like to hear about your professional background and experience. After this you will be given a couple of small tasks that you are to solve and present to us. In this way, we give you an idea of how it is to work as a consultant for us and, at the same time, we test your ability to solve and structure a task.
We also discuss how our plans fit in with your career expectations and how you can contribute to realising our ambitious strategy. We also discuss mutual salary expectations.
At the second interview, you will meet some new Incentive employees, who will also want to hear about your background and experience and test your ability to solve and structure a task.
At the end of the process, we interview the referees you have recommended. We do that based on our standard reference question framework. If you pass the recruitment process successfully, we will invite you to be part of the team at Incentive. On your first day of work you will begin the introduction course and you will be given a mentor for the initial period.
It is important to us that you get off to a good start at Incentive.
