Kristian is a skilled and experienced project manager, and he is an expert in transport and cost-benefit analyses.
Kristian has an MSc in Economics and more than ten years’ experience as a consultant. He helps clients acquire the knowledge they need to make better decisions, regardless of whether the aim is to deliver specific results in a short period of time or to work with larger projects with many stakeholders. Kristian was responsible for the transport section of the Productivity Commission's report on infrastructure. He is also affiliated to the University of Copenhagen as an external lecturer in cost-benefit analyses in practice.
